First night deposit due upon booking – all major credit cards accepted
Two night minimum stay on weekends.
Three night minimum stay on holidays.
All rooms’ are non-smoking but smoking is allowed outdoors.
Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
No use of firearms of any kind including BB and/or pellet guns on the property.
No possession or use of illegal drugs or underage drinking permitted.
No loud music at any time please.  Quiet is observed after 10pm.
Ice machine is for your rooms and the lodge, no ice chests please.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Casual Guests

Deposit of the first night will be forfeited as a result of any of the following:
Reservation is cancelled because of weather unless roads are closed.
Cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
No shows will be charged for their entire reservation.

Groups, Reunions and Corporate

Deposit of first night will be forfeited if cancelling because of weather
unless roads are closed.
All deposits can be transferred to another date within the same calendar year without forfeit if notice is received 31+ days prior to event.
If it is necessary to cancel your event, the first night refund schedule is:

31+ days = 75%
30-14 Days = 38%
13 days or less = 0
